1. Who we are
SFERA Solutions s.r.o., IČO 14421844, DIČ CZ14421844, with its registered office at Vysokovská 2982/6, Horní Počernice, 193 00 Praha, Czech Republic (“we”), operates this website and the SKLO Messenger applications. Contact: info@sferasolutions.eu.
2. This website
- The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party resources or trackers.
- Your language preference is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.
- Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (IP address, request time) to deliver the site; we do not use them to identify visitors.
3. SKLO Messenger
SKLO is designed so that we hold as little of your data as technically possible:
- No accounts. There is no registration, no phone number, no email. Your identity is a cryptographic key pair generated on your device.
- End-to-end encryption. Messages and files are encrypted on your device and decrypted only on the recipient's device, using the national cryptographic standards of Ukraine (DSTU).
- Relay without a database. Our server forwards encrypted packets between connected users and stores nothing. While relaying it can see which user IDs are online and whom an encrypted packet is addressed to. It cannot see message contents, files, contact names, or history.
- Local storage only. Your history, contacts and keys are stored on your device, sealed under your master password. Without the password they cannot be read — by the device or by us.
- Backups belong to you. Encrypted
.sklo backup files are created and stored by you. We never receive them and cannot decrypt them.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell, share, or monetise any data.
- We do not profile users or serve advertising.
- We cannot hand over message contents to anyone — we never possess them.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Because we do not hold personal data about SKLO users, most requests are satisfied by design: your data is on your device, and deleting the app (or using the built-in panic wipe) removes it. 6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. We will never quietly weaken the guarantees above.
